Winfield Builders just did my roof, gutter, and gutter guards and the job came out awesome. I also had them freshen the look of the house by updating the soffit from brown to white. House looks some much better and I highly recommend these guys.

Contacted Winfield Builders about replacing our siding (townhouse, circa '85). We have brick on front and side, with aluminum siding on the peak of the side and on the entire rear of the house (3 levels). Not the largest job, but pretty vertical- any work needs 40ft reach on side and back. Zach came out to survey and quickly generated a quote that was competitive with two others I received. The reps from each of the three companies we asked for a quote were all pleasant and responsive; we chose Winfield because I felt most confident with Zach- he's quite affable and I appreciate his candor. We also chose the Alside insulated vinyl (a little more costly, but we're digging the better insulation in this heat!). The house is so much more comfortable. Zach was patient with our HOA's approval process and provided us updates during the supply delays. The installation crew (led by Cesar) was hard working and polite. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely. Frankly, the whole process was easy and low stress. I will definitely solicit Winfield for our next project.

I highly recommend using Winfield Builders! They provided quality work on an efficient timeline. Our roof was replaced under 4 hours and gutters under 1 hour - all at an affordable price. I received multiple quotes and there's was the most cost efficient and the service provided was remarkable. The entire team was incredible to work with! We worked with Winfield Builders to have our roof replaced on our townhouse in November 2020.
From the beginning to the end it was a pleasure working with Zach and his company. He was very responsive and communicated with me along every step of the process (appreciated as a first time homeowner). Everything ran on schedule and his crew was done installing our new roof in a day and a half. Pricing was very competitive and among the best from the 7 quotes I received from local companies and quality materials were used. They also offer a very comprehension warranty for the roof systems they install.
Furthermore, when we had some issues with a water leak after the roof was redone, Zach worked with me responding to my emails at all hours and days of the week. He then sent his crew out to inspect and they were able to confirm that the issue was related our siding and not roof related.
Overall extremely pleased with our new roof and Winfield Builders. Zach went above and beyond for us and I would happily use them again for any future roofing needs.

I used Winfield Builders for a patio screen door. They were phenomenal- great price and great customer service. The door was installed in 2020 right in the heart of COVID and Zach was very upfront about a timeline due to the pandemic. They came within the timeline and followed all safety protocols and took less than 3 hours to put the door in. Great company and great people! Highly recommend
