Initial Phone Consultation
The first step of working together is to reach out to us. We’ll get back to you with a phone consultation where we’ll go over the general scope of your project. We’ll talk about timeline and budget, and provide an estimate over the phone. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule an in-person visit to get a better sense of the details.
At-Home Consultation
We come out to your home to meet you and see your space. We’ll also talk more in-depth on what your vision is. This helps us to have a better understanding of your project.
Signing the contract
Once the design is finalized, we’ll prepare and sign the contract.
Pre-Job Walkthrough
To make sure everyone is on the same page, we’ll have a pre-job walkthrough where we explain what the next steps are and what you can expect as we work on your home.
Protecting Your Home
Before we start any work, we’ll protect all the areas not included in the remodel project. This ensures all dust, dirt, and debris are kept to a minimum so that you can use your home with ease while we work on it.
Construction Phase
This is the fun part – we get to work on your space! As we start to build it out, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you to make the construction phase easy on your daily life. We don’t want you to ever feel like a stranger in your own home!
Cleaning Your Space
Warranty and Follow-Up
We will take care of registering all warranties and ensure that you have all required papaerwork and a complete understanding of how the warranties work.
